Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site management from mobilisation through to handover.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain progress and quality.

Review design information and lead constructability planning and sequencing.
​

Manage construction programmes, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.
​

Implement HSE standards and ensure full compliance with project requirements.
​

Conduct quality inspections, ensuring workmanship meets contractual and design specifications.
​

Support commercial teams with progress verification, variations, and cost control.
​

Represent Shield at site meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and delivery partners.

Key Skills & Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing major building or fit-out projects.

Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary site teams within fast-track environments.
​

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and procurement.
​

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
​

Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, HSE standards, and authority requirements.
Qualifications:
-
BSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
​
Hours:
48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
​
Start Date:
Immediate or as agreed.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
