Shield Signs Partnership Agreement with WiWell to Lead UAE Expansion

Shield Contract Services has formally entered into a strategic partnership with WiWell, the innovative air-purifying surface technology company. The agreement was signed in Dubai by Brendan Carbery, Managing Director of Shield, and Domenico Mangiacapra of WiWell.

Under the partnership, Shield becomes the exclusive management, sales, and marketing agent for WiWell across the United Arab Emirates, with the mandate expected to expand internationally as WiWell scales its global presence.

The collaboration positions Shield to lead:

• Market introduction and commercial management of all WiWell technologies

• Pilot programmes across schools, offices, clinics, and commercial environments

• Installation planning, site surveys, and performance monitoring during pilot testing

• Support for WiWell’s long-term establishment in Dubai, including potential office and production facilities

• Local partner training in coordination with WiWell’s technical team

The agreement marks a significant step in bringing WiWell’s advanced photocatalytic technology—designed to reduce pollutants, improve indoor environments, and enhance wellbeing—to the UAE.
